What kind of gift boxes do you offer?
We’ve got all sorts of gift boxes for every occasion! Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, holiday, or just because, we’ve got you covered.
Do you have a physical store?
We’re an online-only store! You can shop with us 24/7 right here on our website!
How do I order?
Super easy! Just browse our collection, pick the gift box you love, and add it to your cart. When you’re ready, check out by entering your details and payment info. You’ll get a confirmation email once your order’s good to go.
Can I customize my gift box?
Absolutely! If you have something in mind, just let us know, and we’ll make it happen. You can email us at info@petalandgrace.co.za or WhatsApp us at 064 504 2487 — we’re happy to help you create the perfect gift box!
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within South Africa. We’re hoping to offer international shipping in the future, but for now, we’re focused on getting your gift boxes delivered locally.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery Timelines
Gauteng: Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 working days after collection.
Central Cities: Outside Gauteng are delivered within 4-7 working days after collection.
Remote Locations: Delivery to remote areas may take up to 10 working days.
Please Note:
Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.
The day of collection is not included in the delivery timeline.
Do you offer weekend deliveries?
We’re working with an external courier service, and unfortunately, they don’t offer weekend deliveries. We’re hoping to offer weekend shipping in the future, but for now, deliveries happen during the week. We’ll make sure your gift box gets to you as soon as possible!
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Send us an email at info@petalandgrace.co.za, and we’ll be happy to give you a quote based on your location and order details.
Can I include a personal message?
Absolutely! During checkout, you’ll have the option to add a personal message to the recipient. We’ll include a handwritten note or printed card with your message.
What if I’m not happy with my order?
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@petalandgrace.co.za with the following details:
- Your order number.
- A description of the item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Do you offer subscriptions?
We don’t offer subscriptions right now, but we’re always working on new ways to make gifting even easier. Keep an eye on our site for any future updates!
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can see exactly when your gift box will arrive. You can also track it directly on the carrier’s website.
Do you do corporate gifting?
Yes, we do! Whether you’re looking for a special thank-you for clients or want to surprise your team with something unique, we’ll work with you to create customised gift boxes that fit your brand and budget.
